Q: When will I get my course pack if I order it online?
A: If you choose THE NO-BRAINER (discounted USPS Priority Mail), your pack will arrive within 1-4 postal business days after your order has been processed and shipped, depending on your location and the current inventory of your course pack. Please allow additional time if you purchase on a holiday, Sunday, or after 4pm on Saturday. Course packs purchased during these times will be shipped out early the next postal day. Sundays and most national holidays are non-postal days.
We also offer a FedEx Standard Overnight shipping option. Please note that this shipping option is 1 business day in most cases (depending on your location and the current inventory of your course pack), and it can take up to 2 business days to ship to more remote locations.
VERY IMPORTANT: if you choose FedEx Standard Overnight, please make sure you have a signature release on file with FedEx since all FedEx Standard Overnight Shipments will require a signature. Alternatively, please leave a note on your door requesting delivery without a signature, or call 1-800-GOFEDEX to file a signature release for your name/address.

Q: I chose THE NO-BRAINER, and it´s been more than 4 days (excluding holidays and Sundays) since I received my shipping confirmation. What should I do? How can I track my order?
A: In this rare case, there are several things you should do before contacting us. Start by using your tracking number that we provided you via email (the day your order was shipped) to see what the USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking database says about your shipment. Click Here to go directly to that page and enter your tracking number in the space provided. If the USPS tracking system says that your shipment has been delivered to your location (it will usually confirm by citing the time, date, city, state, and zip code), then you'll want to check a couple of things out before contactng us:
1. If you live on campus, please check with your campus mail service that delivers U.S. Postal Service packages to you once they arrive on campus.
2. If you live in an apartment complex or in off-campus housing, please check with your leasing or management office to see if the package was left with them because it may not have fit in your mailbox. You may also need to contact your local post office to pick up your package since some leasing offices refuse to accept packages. Call 1-800-ASK-USPS or visit the USPS Online Post Office Locator for more info on contacting your local post office.
3. If you live in a house and have roommates, please double check with them since they may have simply forgotten to mention that your shipment had arrived.
If these steps don´t help you find your course pack or the USPS Tracking database doesn´t state that your shipment has arrived, please call us at 800.200.3908 or email webmaster@universityreaders.com, and we´ll remedy the situation immediately.

Q: Why can´t I find the course pack I need on your site?
A: There are several reasons why the course pack you´re looking for isn´t available for online ordering. This could be the case if your course pack is being sold exclusively through your campus bookstore. It is also possible that your course pack was produced by a company independent of University Readers, and we advise you to contact your professor or TA for the correct purchasing information.

Q: How can I pay for my course pack?
A: For online ordering, we accept all major credit cards and electronic checks. It is crucial that you provide us an accurate checking or savings account number when choosing the electronic check method of payment. We will assess a $25 returned electronic check fee if you enter an incorrect account number, so please be exact and 100% sure when entering your bank account information.

In order to prevent mis-deliveries or course packs being sent back to us (due to invalid/incomplete addressing), we make a conscious effort to address verify (confirm with the USPS database that an actual delivery point and carrier route exist for your address) every single shipping address prior to shipping out your course pack.
