• Reprint Process * To conserve paper and avoid overprinting, we will estimate a quantity needed according to our experience and your class enrollment. If we have underprinted, we have a very efficient 24-hour reprint-on-demand process. • University Readers' Publishing Agreement * I authorize University Readers, Inc. ("University Readers") to produce and distribute a custom published work for my course(s) as listed on this order form (the "Custom Work") and to secure all necessary copyright permissions based on the information and material submitted. If I have asked University Readers to not pursue reprint permission for any material in the Custom Work, then I warrant that I am the exclusive rightsholder of such material and therefore grant permission to University Readers to reprint such material in the Custom Work without charge. For all other material that I have selected for inclusion in the Custom Work, University Readers agrees to secure any permission required under US copyright law necessary to include such material in the Custom Work. To the extent I possess any copyright in the Custom Work, including in my selection and arrangement of the materials incorporated into the Custom Work, I hereby irrevocably grant University Readers a paid-up, royalty free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use any or all of such selection and arrangement to create the Custom Work and any other work(s), and to publish, sell, distribute and otherwise commercially exploit such selection and arrangement as part of the Custom Work and such other work(s) in any and all media now known or hereafter created.
