FedEx Your Books, Journals, Hard Copies, etc.

If you have hard copies of readings to submit and you did NOT request a pre-paid FedEx Materials Submission Box in Step 1 (to ship your books, journals, articles, pictures, and/or clean photocopies of those documents, etc. to us for FREE!), then please email us at materials@universityreaders.com OR request a pre-paid FedEx Materials Submission Box immediately. For faster hard copy submission, please call us at 800.200.3908 to arrange for a FedEx courier to pick up your materials free! |
Prepare clean photocopies or simply gather originals (books, journals, etc.) to submit. We are more than happy to scan high-quality digital copies of your originals for you for FREE! We will return your originals soon after your course pack is finalized. |
Before mailing your hard copies via FedEx, please check for any missing articles/pages, cut-off/distorted text, poor quality copies, etc. Please review your material again to be sure all articles are included, complete, and in the right order. |
To mail hard copies on your own* (an alternative option to using our pre-paid FedEx Materials Submission Box), please mail your materials to us directly at:
University Readers Inc. 3970 Sorrento Valley Blvd. Suite 500 San Diego, CA 92121
*We strongly suggest using a mail courier that allows you to track your package. |

Please follow these steps when compiling your Reading List:

Compile your Reading List in the exact order you'd like the readings to appear in your course pack to help speed up the production process.
Include complete citations (bibliography) for each reading on your list: author, title, article/chapter, publisher, copyright year, and page numbers. For citation formatting examples, please visit the APA Style Guidelines FAQs webpage. These bibliographical citations are used to acquire copyright clearance for each reading.
Book Example:
| Author/Editor, Chapter Title, Title of Book, Publisher, Copyright Year, Page Numbers, ISBN (if known). |
Journal Example:
| Author/Editor, Article Title, Title of Journal, Volume/Issue, Copyright Year, Page Numbers. |
If you use any business cases (Harvard, Darden, etc.) and do not have copies to submit, you do NOT need to buy them elsewhere - we can retrieve those for you.
